Return Policy

Buy-Tao as a purchasing agency, not a seller or a manufacturer, we buy on behalf of members will and provided online merchandise. We do not accept returns of an item unless you have received incorrect or damaged products.

If you would like to make a return policy , please send an Email to as@buy-tao.cc stated clearly your order number. It will be smoother the process if you can provide the parcel pictures as a reference for us.

*small difference in the color shade or size diffrence in just a few centimeters is not accpeted as return reason.

Please check clearly on the item image we provided before you make the second payment.

[!mportant] According to most policy in China online store, you have 3 days to request for the return of the items once we took snap photo for you. For the days afterwards, your item may cannot be returned. So please keep an eye for the snap image we provided.

Packages Lost or Damaged upon International Delivery

Buy-Tao uses the shipping methods according to members instruction, you should make sure your selected shipping methods is trustable. Buy-Tao will provide image on your package right before leaving our warehouse. If your recieved package is damged, please do not throw away any invoice and take the images of your package. We will help to negotiate with shipping provider and ask for a claim as best as we can.
